A new temporary terrace, designed by Perriet-Jouët, has been open since June on the top floor of the Raphaël Hotel. The choice of this Parisian luxury hotel has made itself clear straight away for its refinement and its exceptional value. A true haven of peace, this terrace offers a 360° breathtaking panoramic view overlooking Paris.
In this chic and contemporary space, with an uncluttered, floral design, guests can enjoy a selection of champagnes from Maison Perriet Jouët (Grand Brut, Balson Rosé, Cuvées Belle Epoque). Exceptional vintages from the greatest cuvées from the Maison will also be available (Belle Epoque 2004, Belle Epoque Rosé 2004, Belle Epoque Blanc de Blancs 2002).
Finally, we can discover the Raphaël cocktail, specially conceived for Perrier-Jouët (Grand Brut, strawberry puree, manzana verde, lime).
The summer season will end with a tasting menu with a pairing of food and champagne elaborated by the young chef of the Raphaël restaurant, Amandine Chaignot. This menu will be available next October and should tickle the palate of many epicurians.
