Chef Colin Clague and his team are ready to delight the Marina neighborhood again

Rüya Dubai, the stylish restaurant and bar located at the Grosvenor House Hotel, is excited to re-launch its Friday brunch in September, 2017. The Anatolian restaurant and bar hot spot remains one of the latest culinary highlights in Dubai Marina and established itself at the forefront of Dubai’s brunch scene. The Friday brunch offers guests a culinary journey through the entire menu with classic Anatolian cuisine, combined with perfectly prepared beverages and live music for the whole family to enjoy.

Upon arrival, diners experience the warmest of Anatolian hospitality, and indulge in an interactive menu designed by Executive Chef Colin Clague that entails multiple live food stations showcasing cold starters and desserts whilst hot appetizers will directly be served to the table. Firm favorites include the signature Two Cheese Pide, Lahmacun and Çaġ Kebap from the central oven, cheeses, delectable desserts as well as a delicious main dish from the a la carte menu such as Rangers Valley Rib Eye, Keşkek, Lamb Cutlets or Whole Grilled Seabream.

Its iconic 360 degree bar serves a selection of imaginative signature cocktails to complement the cuisine, all inspired by the culture and history of Anatolia, including; Ottoman old fashioned and Anatolian Fizz. The free standing bar stands out with its ice machine feature suspended from the ceiling. Wines selected from Turkish vineyards and the finest bubbly bring together and compliment the succulent dishes.

Rüya’s encapsulating venue has a capacity of 240 guests with an option to dine indoors or on the chic outdoor terrace with stunning views of Dubai Marina. Offering valet, it is accessible from both inside the Grosvenor House Hotel and outside via the Marina’s street level through the private elevator.

Guests can enjoy the brunch on Fridays 12.00am until 4.00pm.

Prices start from AED 295 for food with soft drinks only, AED 495 with house beverage, signature cocktails and bubbly and AED 595 inclusive of French bubbly.
