Guests can inspire their taste buds over a five-course meal created to impress, starting with an amuse-bouche, followed by Fennel Salad with crispy tiger prawn with a tangy passion fruit dressing. After a warming Purple Potato Soup with whipped vanilla mascarpone and a refreshing Lime Mint Sorbet palate cleanser, guests can select between three perfectly executed mains; Slow Braised Short Ribs in ginger soya sauce served with yam mash and crispy garlic chips or the delicious Roasted Infused Sumac Chicken with bulgar and zatar chimichurri. Vegetarians are catered to with a Beetroot Risotto with baby spinach and pistachio dukka.
Meals end on a high with a return to Chateau Blanc’s signature selection of classic cakes and desserts, with the Rose Milk Cake offered as the perfect pairing for romance. Expect to be surprised and elated as Chateau Blanc creates an atmospheric setting, filling its terrace with out-sized themed balloons for a picture perfect meal.
