Barbara TFank, New York Fashion Week, FALL 2011

“All painters have an urge toward multiplicity, toward complexity” Larry Poons
Influenced by Larry Poon’s painting Lady from Augusta, Barbara Tfank presented a fall collection 2011 with rich colors and hand crafted fabrics. The result was luxurious persimmon/ peacock/ hot pink shimmery brush-stroked silk of the V-neck long dress, to painted silk floral slim pants, and ruby/ silver / balck English hand loomed tweed jacket and amethyst wool wrap coats.
