A glass of Champagne Amour de Deutz as an aperitif, lobster Breton to start and to continue a quasi of milk wine &#8220;to share&#8221;, without forgetting &#8220;La Surprise&#8221;, the dessert <em>Canard Coquin<\/em> made by the pastry chef of the Park Hyatt, Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Foucher.<br \/>\nThe surprises continue, with an envelope given to each couple during the dinner, which will offer exclusive access to a night in one of the hotel&#8217;s Prestige Suites or a gift that the house will keep secret.<br \/>\nA tapas formula will also be offered, with a glass of ros\u00e9 champagne accompanied by two tapas of your choice, to be enjoyed face to face at the Hotel Bar.<\/p>\n<p>Information and reservations at 01 58 71 10 60<br \/>\nPrices: Menu at 155 \u20ac per person, excluding drinks or 195 \u20ac per person, a bottle of Deutz ros\u00e9 to share.
