Le Seuil de Mazeyres 2020 – A wine of great pleasure
The Seuil de Mazeyres 2020 is a wine of great pleasure, which relies on the fruity character and the greediness. The 2020 vintage is marked by a rainy winter, a hot and humid spring, and a hot and dry summer. The grapes were harvested early, which allowed them to be well ripened and to give generous wines. The wine has aromas of blueberries, wild blackberries and black cherries, complemented by some sweet spices. The tannins are smooth and the wine has a nice freshness. It can be enjoyed in its early youth or kept in the cellar for a few more years. Le Seuil de Mazeyres 2020 is an organic and biodynamic wine certified by FR-BIO-01 Agriculture France and controlled Biodyvin by ECOCERT France SAS. It is aged for 11 months, 52% of which in foudre and barrels of more than one wine, and 48% in vats and concrete eggs.
