To celebrate Eid al-Fitr, on the 13th<\/sup> of May, flurry of fireworks soared over Yas Island, Abu Dhabi\u2019s premier leisure and entertainment hub. They were launched for the first time from Yas Bay Waterfront and the annual array of pyrotechnics has become one of the most anticipated celebrations in the UAE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Because of the island\u2019s precautionary measures, gatherings were prohibited, therefore Yas Island livestreamed the spectacle of lights on its Instagram channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The vivid firework display will be held for two nights, until the 14th<\/sup> of May, kicking off at 9.00pm. For those interested, Yas Island\u2019s firework displays virtually on the Instagram account @yasisland<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
