\nThe collaboration is born out of the brands\u2019 mutual pursuit for purposeful design. MEDEA\u2019s signature leather shopper is straightforward and structurally precise, paralleling PETER DO\u2019s sharp tailoring and architectural construction. PETER DO X MEDEA bags are designed with the woman in mind, where every bag serves a specific purpose \u2013 day or night.<\/p>\n
*About the campaign:*
\nThe campaign is shot on model and painter, Mia Kwon, in her Brooklyn home and in Upstate New York by PETER DO\u2019s in-house Image Director, Yiru Wang. The campaign is styled by designers Peter Do and An Nguyen and features Brooklyn-based florist Miguel Paolo Yatco. The PETER DO X MEDEA bags are used as aesthetic objects to reflect the heightened focus on the contrast between the inner and the outer, the home and nature.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cI really like how simple and functional the MEDEA bags are. The collaboration came together seamlessly. We took the classic MEDEA shape and added little details, such as the metal-casted handles and two-toned fabrics, to make them PETER DO\u201d.<\/p>\n

\n\u201cWe have been following Peter’s work since his first collection and we admire his aesthetic, design and his sensibility towards global issues. The bags, produced in printed croc leather, bold colors, metal handles and canvas, are the celebration of Peter’s interpretation of our leather shopping bags\u201d.
\nThe collection is complete with *five styles* in vibrant primary colors, jet black and porcelain white. Reflecting the signature fabrics from the PETER DO SS21 Ready-to-Wear collection, croc-embossed leather and \u201cSpacer\u201d materials give the classic MEDEA shoppers new textures.<\/p>\n
*EVENING* \u2013 true to MEDEA\u2019s structured leather shopper, the Evening bags are reimagined with brushed metal casted handles. This style is offered in two sizes – medium and mini. Price range: 832\u20ac – 1352\u20ac<\/p>\n
*BAGUETTE* \u2013 the Baguette bag or as the PETER DO team likes to call it \u2013 the Banh Mi bag \u2013 holds all the essentials and perhaps a sandwich or two.
