Park Hyatt celebrates Valentine’s Day

The Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme is going all out for Valentine’s Day and invites you to discover its romantic and seductive atmosphere on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 February.
Lulled by the gentle sound of the harp, lovers will enjoy a gourmet dinner rated one star in the Michelin Guide, specially composed by Chef Jean-François Rouquette. A glass of Champagne Amour de Deutz as an aperitif, lobster Breton to start and to continue a quasi of milk wine “to share”, without forgetting “La Surprise”, the dessert Canard Coquin made by the pastry chef of the Park Hyatt, Jean-François Foucher.
The surprises continue, with an envelope given to each couple during the dinner, which will offer exclusive access to a night in one of the hotel’s Prestige Suites or a gift that the house will keep secret.
A tapas formula will also be offered, with a glass of rosé champagne accompanied by two tapas of your choice, to be enjoyed face to face at the Hotel Bar.
