Ginori 1735 wins the Tableware International Award of Excellence 2021
Ginori 1735, Italian excellence in the field of luxury and lifestyle, one of the world’s leading brands in pure porcelain and in the highest quality artistic design, has won, for aesthetic reasons and as a result of Ether’s innovativeness and functionality, the Tableware International Award of Excellence 2021 in the new “Innovation” category with the Ether collection.
Ether is the collection created for Ginori 1735 by Constance Guisset, famous French designer. It evoks a nebulous atmosphere, a flow of invisible air, a breath on ashes, and it is synonymous with movement and lightness. It is made up of eclectic elements that can be inverted, stacked or combined with each other to create different combinations ideal for various functions and platings.
Constance Guisset has created, with Ether, inspired by another collection of the Manifattura, Aria, a new poetic model where the selected texture, a shade that ranges from black to blue, on irregular shapes, with empty and full spaces, is able to confer depth to the plate to host different culinary creations.
The collection, moulded in a form of absolute design and completely hand-painted, is also created in a unique Hyper*P porcelain formula, obtained as a result of an intense Research & Development activity conducted over more than two years in the Ginori 1735 laboratories, with high performing characteristics and impact resistance, but also able to maintain all of the quality of Ginori 1735 porcelain.
The Tableware International Awards of Excellence every year see the participation of the main worldwide brands, selected by an authoritative jury made up of 27 experts including designers, chefs, buyers, retailers and experts in the tabletop sector.
This fourth edition also saw the participation of 176 creations and the award of the 15 most important companies in the sector in as many product categories.
